General terms and conditions

Domestic transport is carried out in accordance with the General Transport Conditions (AVC), always the latest version filed with the court registry in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Cross-border transport is conducted in accordance with the CMR Convention and, in addition, the aforementioned AVC.

The General Payment Terms of Transport and Logistics Netherlands, filed with the District Court of The Hague on July 2, 2002, also apply.

For vertical transport, the General Terms and Conditions of the Vertical Transport Association, filed at the courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam on December 1, 2004, apply.
For storage or forwarding, the Physical Distribution Conditions, filed at the courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam on September 1, 2006, apply.

Claims must be submitted within 8 days, and payment must be made within the number of days specifically agreed upon with the customer. Upon request, we will provide the aforementioned conditions free of charge.
